Viet Nam congratulates Paraguay on National Day
(VGP - 14/05/2012) – State President Truong Tan Sang on Monday extended his congratulations to President Fernando Lugo Mendez on the occasion of the 201st National Day (May 14, 1811) of the Republic of Paraguay.
On the same day, Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh also cabled a congratulatory message to his Paraguayan counterpart Jorge Lara Castro.
